We are looking for an energetic and proactive Events and Travel Planner, the Fun Maker at Social Point, to organize smooth trips and to create unforgettable events!

 

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for every part of travel plans (for candidates and employees) and events preparation.

Mainly, you will:

  • Arrange and book travels and hotels according to the client’s schedule
  • Serve as a liaison and communication point between agency/travel provider and traveller
  • Identify requirements and expectations for events
  • Liaise with vendors, exhibitors and stakeholders during the process to make sure all is sourced in a cost-effective and high-quality way, and that the deadlines are met
  • Manage events set-up, tear down and follow-up process
  • Maintain the event budget
  • Conduct inspections pre-event and check standard is aligned with expectations
  • Assess an event’s success and submit findings

 

Requirements

  • Solid experience inhouse or agency side as a travel or event coordinator
  • Working knowledge of the travel/event industry
  • Experience to coordinating travel arrangements
  • Fluent English
  • Strong organization skills with excellent multi-tasking abilities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Negotiation skills
  • Vendors relationships
  • Online Reservation Systems knowledge is a plus
